He Is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!

We had lots of fun celebrating Easter at our house.
Luke had his first experience dying Easter eggs on Saturday.

After church on Easter Sunday, we celebrated with a ham dinner with both sides of the family. Luke had fun playing with bubbles outside with his cousins.

Later, we "hid" Easter eggs and Luke learned that it was lots of fun to look for them and open them up. Surprise! Five craisins inside!

The granddaughter in Plant City requested chocolate in her eggs. She knows that bunnies don't lay eggs because she has a pet bunny and is in second grade.

We started a tradition with her before she does the egg hunt in the backyard. She goes to the front yard and takes the purple cloth off of the cross and replaces it with a white cloth for Christ's grave clothes. He has risen!
