Last night a tornado blew through downtown Atlanta, causing a lot of damage. You probably saw it on the news, but we were oblivious here at home. Twelve hours later, David was scheduled to march and play in the annual St. Patty's Parade through downtown Atlanta. The parade organizers wisely canceled it. I suppose it wouldn't be all that fun to march across broken glass, tree limbs, downed poles and wires, and general building rubble. The expected 400,000 spectators might have caused a slight headache for the clean up crews too.
David still got to play on this one special day of the year devoted to the Celts. He was hired to play at a party this evening.
